Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 am Pacific/1pm Eastern typically leave our warehouse the same or next business day.

Orders placed after 10 am Pacific/1pm Eastern, over the weekend or on a holiday, will leave our warehouse the next business day Monday-Friday.

Once the carrier picks up the package and leaves our facility, Shipping starts the transit process. Transit time for Standard Ground varies depending on where your gift is being delivered. Use the guidelines below to estimate how many days your order will be in transit before it is delivered:

After your gift ships, you will receive an automated email that references the carrier, tracking #, and a wide range of possible delivery days. Do not be alarmed the email is a generic form letter! Wait 24 hours to allow for the carrier to update your orders information then go to our website to track your package and delivery for a delivery date.

Carrier Delays and Exceptions

Carrier delays are out of our control but they do happen, especially during the busy holiday season and when adverse weather conditions occur. During holiday periods, please add an additional two business days to ensure a time.

Great Unique Gift Ideas offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  • Returns with an original sales receipt or pack slip will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
  • Returns without an original sales receipt or pack slip must be returned using a valid ID and will receive a store credit for the lowest selling price. Information from the ID will be held in a company wide database of customer return activity. For items excluded from return, the manufacturer’s contact information may be provided upon request.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be offered a gift card or even exchange.
  • Items requiring repairs should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center
  • The following identification is accepted for returns: US Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID or U.S. Passport.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
