Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout once the shipping address has been entered. Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the time of year.)
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@greatuniquegiftideas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address provided which will include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
